Terms & Conditions

  • Pet owners agree to the following terms & conditions on booking with Melbourne Tiny Paws BnB.

  • I understand that leaving a dog for pet boarding is like leaving a child in school. Colds, coughs, tummy upsets, etc. may occur. I authorise Melbourne Tiny Paws BnB to seek any veterinary attention that we feel is necessary. I also understand that I am responsible for all vet charges incurred during or after my stay. Melbourne Tiny Paws BnB accept no responsibility for such incidents.

  • Melbourne Tiny Paws BnB will do everything within our control to ensure safety of your dog. However, in the event that an incident does take place that is outside our control, Melbourne Tiny Paws BnB is not liable for any happenings, veterinary cost, damage or loss that may eventuate.

  • I understand that the Bordatella vaccination is much like a flu-shot and does not guarantee that a dog will not contract canine cough.

  • Melbourne Tiny Paws BnB has a zero tolerance for aggressive behavior. Dogs which display aggressive behavior may be forced to be removed from our care at the owner's expense. Refund will not be issued for any dog removed as a result of aggressive behavior.

  • I understand and agree that Melbourne Tiny Paws BnB do allow toys, however such items may not be returned due to damage or not returned in the same state as when bought in.

  • If your animal is terminally ill, unable to move/walk, unable to get up from a lying position or is incontinent we will not accept the animal for boarding. We recommend boarding at a veterinary facility instead.

  • Please inform us of any/all medical concerns your animal may have, including relevant documentation.

Cancellation Policy

Daycare

There is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for daycare bookings.

If you do not provide us with 24 hours notice or if you fail to attend your booking, you will be charged the cancellation/no-show fee.

The cancellation/no-show charge is the normal day rate of $65 or a draw down on an existing pre-paid package.

Booking Confirmation: To confirm your booking, we kindly ask for full payment at the time of reservation.

Overnight Boarding

For a full refund of the nightly rate, we kindly request that cancellations be made a minimum of 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date. During the Easter, Christmas and New Years peak periods, please provide us with a 30-day notice for a full refund.

If you wish to receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your check-in date. During the Easter, Christmas and New Years peak periods, a 14-day notice is required for the 50% refund.

Please note that any cancellation made less than 7 days before your check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.

Booking Confirmation: To confirm your booking, we kindly ask for full payment at the time of reservation.

Late Pickup Charges: For late pickups beyond the scheduled check-out time, additional charges of $20 per hour will be applied.
